The Office of Outreach and Engagement is proud to sponsor the annual Connecting in North Carolina (CINC) Tour, a unique opportunity for new faculty and staff to see first-hand how NC State generates impact in North Carolina.
Do you want to increase your department’s engagement beyond the Raleigh campus? The CINC Tour is a great way to start. The CINC Tour is an orientation on the road. Faculty and staff hired in the last seven years gain a better understanding of the University’s outreach and engagement across counties, the impacts of those efforts, and to meet the people doing the work and making an difference in their county and region.
In 2024, the CINC Tour was held June 4-6, with several stops throughout the North Carolina Piedmont region. This photo album of the tour highlights the incredible people we met and places we went.

Each college/department may send up to 3 representatives, including those who may be on the Engagement Operations Council.
